Job summary

Greenfield I T Recruitment's client is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their technical support team. This role involves remote and on-site support, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance and technical escalation.

You will troubleshoot Microsoft, hardware, software, server and networking problems; attend customer sites for support and proactive maintenance; manage servers, backups, networks, firewalls and security systems; support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and

Qualifications

Strong Microsoft experience including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365.
Good knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
Experience providing on-site, customer-facing technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Microsoft, hardware, software, server and networking problems.
Attend customer sites for support, consultancy and proactive maintenance.
Manage and monitor servers, backups, networks, firewalls and security systems.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and Windows Server.
Monitor patching and alerts using RMM solutions.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
Assist with mentoring and developing Junior Engineers.
