Job summary

Onecom Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Technical Operations team in Whiteley. You will provide hands-on, face-to-face IT support for the Whiteley office and remote workers, ensuring devices are provisioned, secured, and up-to-date.

The role emphasizes Microsoft 365, Intune, and device lifecycle management, with opportunities to grow across end-user support and workplace IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management.
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Azure AD for identity and device provisioning.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and IT asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site IT support contact for the Whiteley office.
• Provide responsive in-person and remote support to colleagues.
• Build, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops for new starters and replacements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, including equipment allocation and recovery.
• Maintain IT asset records and stock levels; assist with equipment orders.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Assist with user accounts, MFA setup, and access requests.
• Ensure devices are secure, compliant, and patched.
• Support meeting room tech, printers, and shared IT equipment.
• Log and manage tickets; maintain user guides and documentation.
