DFDS is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first and second line IT support across the business, including Jersey route locations and vessels. The role involves on-call duties and regular documentation updates to the Support Centre.

You will install and configure software, maintain PC hardware, and collaborate with external suppliers while delivering IT projects across the wider business. The successful candidate will have 2+ years in IT support and good written communication.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of IT support experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to produce and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Aufgaben

• Provide first and second line IT support via email, phone and other channels.
• Support Jersey route locations and vessels; attend Jersey/Poole sites when required.
• Compile and disseminate IT support documentation, guidelines and procedures.
• Deliver IT projects across the wider business.
• Be part of the on-call service rota.
