Celtic Management Services is actively seeking an experienced, high-caliber Deskside Support Engineer Level 2 to join our client IT infrastructure team in Esplanade, St. Helier, Jersey on a full-time 12-month contract basis.

You will resolve complex Tier 2 escalations, manage enterprise endpoints, and ensure productivity with your expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting, Active Directory, and endpoint security.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in advanced deskside support, desktop engineering, or Tier 2/3 help desk.
• Strong Windows/macOS troubleshooting and enterprise hardware diagnostics.
• Experience with Intune, SCCM and Jamf for endpoint management.
• Fluent English communication; eligible to work in Jersey.

Mansioni

• Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support and resolve escalated incidents for enterprise end-users.
• Diagnose Windows/macOS OS issues, driver conflicts, and application failures.
• Administer endpoint management systems for software packaging, patching, and deployments.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, GPOs, and permissions.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise mobile devices, IP telephony, and peripherals.
• Handle critical tickets and VIP escalations with strict SLAs.
• Participate in endpoint security audits, encryption, and antivirus management.
• Maintain technical documentation and hardware asset inventory.
