You will join a global provider of projection and display technology and handle 1st/2nd line support, with project tasks and security initiatives. Commutable to Hemel Hempstead and ready for a role that grows with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in 1st/2nd line IT support.
• Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and administration.

Responsibilities

• 70% of time: support end users via 1st and 2nd line tickets.
• Escalate complex problems to Senior Engineer when needed.
• 30% project work such as migrations and cyber security initiatives.
• Perform Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
