Job Profile: The role is suitable for skilled IT support engineers with at least 1 year of proven experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Candidates must be based within commuting distance of Hemel Hempstead and be willing to travel to client sites weekly.

Skills and Experience:

• Active Directory and Group Policy administration, Windows Server 2008 and above
• Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
• Windows Desktop 7 and above
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Administration
• System build, deployment, and maintenance
• Networking technologies (Routers, Switches)
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email, etc.)
