  • Design and conduct experiments to validate insights from data analysis, collaborating with product developers and engineers to translate findings into actionable process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of digital twins to simulate and optimize production workflows.
  • Participate actively in rotation projects—working on lab, customer, and business-related tasks—and explore future trends in digitalization, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Support the digital transformation of R&D by implementing data-based workflows for process development and knowledge management.

What makes you a good fit

  • You have recently completed or are about to complete a Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Application Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar engineering-focused field.
  • You have gained practical experience through internships, academic research, or industry projects, ideally in process development or optimization, with a focus on data-driven approaches and a solid understanding of chemical reaction engineering, mass transfer, and process control principles.
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R), design of experiment tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of advanced technologies such as IoT, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
  • You are highly motivated, a team player, and eager to contribute to innovative solutions.
