Onyx-Conseil is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Godalming-based team. You will provide IT support across the business, manage Microsoft 365 and Windows tasks, and contribute to cloud/hybrid infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in IT support, strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks, and a desire to grow into infrastructure and cloud responsibilities while working office-based in Godalming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments.
• Willing to learn and grow into cloud/infrastructure tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users across the business.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows and user administration.
• Assist with cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Support customers and distributors with technical queries.
• Office-based role in Godalming.
