Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Engineer for an office-based role in Godalming, offering exposure to Microsoft environments and a broad IT support remit across systems administration and cloud infrastructure.

You will support users, collaborate with colleagues and customers, and develop skills in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune while the company moves toward hybrid infrastructure.

IT Support Engineer

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Training

Are you coming from a 1st/2nd Line IT Support, IT Engineer or Technician background, with experience supporting Microsoft environments, and looking for a role where you can broaden your technical skills?

This is an opportunity to join an established, specialist business in a varied, hands-on role covering IT support, systems administration, cloud infrastructure and technical support.

Alongside supporting users across the business, you'll work with customers and distributors to troubleshoot software and technical issues with the company's products. You'll also work as part of a small team supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune, while gaining exposure to the company's ongoing move towards cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid IT support foundation who is keen to keep learning and move beyond a traditional support role and gain exposure to different technologies and the chance to take on infrastructure and technical projects as your experience develops.
