Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Engineer for an office-based role in Godalming, offering exposure to Microsoft environments and a broad IT support remit across systems administration and cloud infrastructure.

You will support users, collaborate with colleagues and customers, and develop skills in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune while the company moves toward hybrid infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' of commercial experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networks.
• Keen to develop systems administration and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Comfortable supporting both internal users and external customers.
