Applause IT are hiring for an IT Support Technician for a luxury travel management company based in Mayfair, London. Their business delivers high-touch corporate and leisure travel services to an international client base, underpinned by a high-availability IT setup.

The IT Support Engineer will take ownership of day-to-day IT issues across the business and manage all hardware and software infrastructure, acting as the first point of contact for both internal users and external partners. This role includes a combination of reactive IT support and long-term technology planning, ensuring all systems remain current and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing all IT support across the business, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Setting up systems and onboarding new staff.
  • Maintaining and updating the company website in coordination with a marketing agency.
  • Procuring, installing, and maintaining new technology and related equipment.
  • Managing office infrastructure, including printers, workstations, deliveries, and facilities.

The successful IT Support Technician will have:

  • Experience in an MSP environment, ideally at Level 2.
  • Exposure to MAC-level projects, both remote and onsite.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems including:
  • Active Directory, PowerShell, Windows Server, Hyper-V
  • SCCM, patching, cabling, and common backup/recovery tools
  • Competence with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Central London office location
