IT Support Engineer – Leeds / Hybrid

£26,000 - £30,000 + bonuses, 35-hour work week, and great benefits

This profitable and growing organisation is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their established team. The role involves providing remote, email, and in-person technical support to hundreds of users. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will record, diagnose, and resolve technical support issues, perform routine maintenance, process service requests, and lead projects, among other IT responsibilities.

While most work will be from home, candidates should ideally reside in West Yorkshire and be able to travel to central Leeds on short notice.
