An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join the IT department at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
We are looking for someone with a passion for all things Digital, together with drive enthusiasm and the requisite skills and experience to support our service users.To assist in the smooth day-to-day running of all IT systems, which will include regularly attending Leeds Community Healthcare sites across the region, resolving remotely or by site visits.
You will be required to work from our offices across Leeds.You will be part of a small team assisting in the provision, maintenance, and development of a comprehensive Digital service, so great communication and working well as part of a team is essential to this role.
This role is to provide general operational support to the development and maintenance of IT equipment and systems within the Trust.To effectively communicate with others to find out any problems or concerns with the system and then be able to either work with suppliers to address the concerns or repair any problems.To ensure the propagation of your technical skills and knowledge to all members of the team to build adequate resilience within the IT Department.
