Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd line) for Lancashire on-site, initially for a 3-month contract inside IR35.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 and networking, and you will be the primary point of contact for on-site IT support, five days a week.

Locally based candidates are preferred due to the on-site requirement. The contract is 3 months, with IR35 considerations.

Qualifications

• Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 users and resolving common M365 issues.
• Networking technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewalls)
• Installing and configuring computer hardware and software; IT support contact point.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support to users.
• On-site presence in Lancashire five days a week.
• Serve as the primary IT support contact for on-site issues.

Harvey Nash is working exclusively with a leading client in Lancashire, who are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support professional to join the team on an initial 3-month contract inside IR35.
