Job summary

Bench IT is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a large organisation in a 3-month contract, working on-site in rotation between Brentwood and the City of London.

You will deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support, covering Windows 10/11 and Office 365, with Active Directory administration and strong communication skills. There is potential to convert to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support experience with focus on user experience.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Experienced with Active Directory.
• Skilled in 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

We are Bench IT, supporting a large organisation with an experienced 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Engineer opportunity. This is a 3-month initial contract at £240 per day inside IR35, based onsite in rotation between Brentwood and the City of London. Full-time onsite working is mandatory due to the nature of the role, and we are looking for someone who may convert from contract to permanent employment.
