Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the Corby site, delivering first-class IT support and maintaining infrastructure across the business. You will act as the first point of contact, troubleshoot across hardware, software, networking and user accounts, and deploy devices using Modern Workplace technologies.

You’ll work closely with suppliers, maintain documentation, and identify improvements to IT processes and end-user experience, contributing to logistics excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with Intune, Defender and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Good understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.
• Experience supporting PCs, servers, printers and peripheral devices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Salary: up to £31,745.00 per annum
