Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Hams Hall site in Birmingham, leading IT and business change initiatives, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.

You will build plans, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report progress to senior stakeholders, with PRINCE2/Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing IT or business change projects.
• Strong project planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PRINCE2, Agile or similar methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, quality and governance standards.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to lead a range of IT and business change initiatives, working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality and governance standards.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing IT or business change projects.
• Strong project planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Experience working with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or similar is desirable.
• A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Additional Information

25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days
