Qualifications

Our client, a successful family-run business, is growing their team and looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to help support their internal user base and assist with current and future IT projects.

This is a hybrid role; office attendance is required 3 of 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of 250+
• Log, triage, and resolve incoming tickets
• Build, maintain, and install hardware across the office
• Manage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessary
• Ensure the efficient running of all IT equipment
• Asset management, ensuring it is kept up-to-date

Technical Skillset:

• Active Directory / Group Policies
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Office applications including SharePoint, PowerShell, Intune
• Exchange
• Knowledge of virtual servers is desired but not essential
