Job Description:

We are seeking a Telco Cloud Support Engineer to join our client, ConSol Partners, in the telecoms sector. The role involves supporting cloud infrastructure and services, with a focus on telco-specific environments.

Requirements (must-haves):

1. Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
2. Proficiency in Linux, networking, and cloud environments such as vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
3. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ansible.
4. Fluent English skills for customer interaction.
5. Strong troubleshooting skills.
6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and network automation.
• Experience with Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks.
