Job Title: Telco Cloud Support Engineer (3-4 years of experience)

Work setting: Remote

Client sector: Telecoms

Contract Length: Initial contract until end of 2025 with potential extensions

Type of contract: Inside IR35, full-time

Occasional visits to London or Reading may be required.

Requirements (must-haves):

• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Experience with Linux, networking, and cloud environments such as vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• Fluent English for customer interaction.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and network automation.
• Experience or knowledge of Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks is a plus.
