Job Title: Telco Cloud Support Engineer (3-4 years of experience)

Work setting: Remote

Client sector: Telecoms

Contract Length: Initial contract until end of 2025 with potential extensions

Type of contract: Inside IR35, full-time

Occasional visits to London/Reading may be required.

Requirements (must-have skills):

• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in Linux, networking, and cloud environments (vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• Fluent English communication skills for customer interaction.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Additional knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and network automation is desirable. Experience with Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks is a plus.
