Job summary

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Stansted, UK, to join a dedicated IT team. The role covers desktop troubleshooting, server administration, and cloud technologies, ensuring business-critical systems run across multiple sites.

The position involves occasional UK-site travel and participation in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support. You will manage Windows environments, webservers, and automate workflows using Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and modern cloud services.
• Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).
• Familiarity with Power Automate (or other workflow automation tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st–3rd line support for users across Storm Aviation’s UK sites.

Our client are seeking a dynamic IT Support Engineer to join small but dedicated IT team. This is a varied role covering all levels of support — from day-to-day desktop troubleshooting to server administration and cloud technologies. You'll play a key part in keeping our business-critical systems running across multiple sites, so flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.
