Job summary

T H WHITE Group is seeking an IT Support & Compliance Technician to strengthen our IT function by blending practical support tasks with ownership of compliance checks, device quality standards, backup monitoring, and secure IT asset disposal. The role suits someone with good general IT knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical support processes.

Qualifications

• Good general IT knowledge and willingness to learn IT support processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Awareness of Cyber Essentials, data protection and IT security best practices or willingness to develop knowledge.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with good interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• IT Support across the business and related technical tasks.
