Job summary

T H WHITE is seeking an IT Support & Compliance Technician to balance practical IT support with ownership of compliance checks, device health, backup monitoring and secure IT asset disposal.

This role supports Cyber Essentials readiness, device patching, backup monitoring and IT disposal processes across the business, with full-time hours and a focus on documentation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Good general IT knowledge and attention to detail.
• Awareness of Cyber Essentials, data protection and IT security best practice, or willingness to develop knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows and related tools.

Responsibilities

• IT support and compliance tasks across the business.
• Device health checks and quality control.
• Backup monitoring and secure IT asset disposal.
• Support Cyber Essentials readiness and patching processes.
