T H WHITE Group is seeking an IT Support & Compliance Technician to strengthen our IT function by blending practical support tasks with ownership of compliance checks, device quality standards, backup monitoring, and secure IT asset disposal. The role suits someone with good general IT knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical support processes.

Job description

We are looking for an IT Support & Compliance Technician to strengthen ourIT support function by combining practical support tasks with ownership of compliance checks, device quality standards, backup monitoring, and secure IT asset disposal.

This role would suit someone with good general IT knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical support processes. The role will support Cyber Essentials readiness, device patching, backup monitoring, IT disposal processes, and general IT support activities across the business.

Hours

Full-time 39 hours per week
