Job summary

T H WHITE is seeking an IT Support & Compliance Technician to balance practical IT support with ownership of compliance checks, device health, backup monitoring and secure IT asset disposal.

This role supports Cyber Essentials readiness, device patching, backup monitoring and IT disposal processes across the business, with full-time hours and a focus on documentation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Good general IT knowledge and attention to detail.
• Awareness of Cyber Essentials, data protection and IT security best practice, or willingness to develop knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows and related tools.

Job description

We are looking for an IT Support & Compliance Technician to strengthen ourIT support function by combining practical support tasks with ownership of compliance checks, device quality standards, backup monitoring, and secure IT asset disposal.

This role would suit someone with good general IT knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical support processes. The role will support Cyber Essentials readiness, device patching, backup monitoring, IT disposal processes, and general IT support activities across the business.

Hours:

Full-time 39 hours per week

Key Duties will Include:
