Bennett And Game Recruitment in Billericay is seeking an IT Support & Automation Engineer to provide practical IT support across the business and to develop Make.com automations. The role is fully on-site in Billericay, with one day from home after probation, and includes standard 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday hours.

• Confident communicating with non-technical users; organised and methodical.
• Commutable distance of Billericay.

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support Azure user/access admin.
• Handle joiners/leavers, device setup, access/permissions, documentation and basic security best practice.
• Build, test and maintain Make.com automations (scenarios, webhooks, routers/filters, error handling/alerts).
