Qualifications

• Proven 1st line IT support experience in a Windows/M365 environment.
• Strong Make.com automation experience (build + troubleshoot + maintain).
• Confident communicating with non-technical users; organised and methodical.
• Commutable distance of Billericay.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, practical IT support across the business (Windows devices, printers/peripherals, meeting room tech, connectivity).
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support Azure user/access admin.
• Handle joiners/leavers, device setup, access/permissions, documentation and basic security best practice.
• Build, test and maintain Make.com automations (scenarios, webhooks, routers/filters, error handling/alerts).
