We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our Corporate IT team in Belfast. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end-users, maintaining local IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically competent, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As part of the role you will maintain accurate IT ticketing records, build strong professional relationships with users and colleagues, and ensure timely resolution of support requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
