CK Group - Science, Clinical and Technical

CK Group is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site in Burgess Hill. This is a contract role for 3 months.

Customer Service Analyst Role:

1. Log and track end users’ incidents, working within SLA’s.
2. Identify recurring issues and challenges faced by end users and raise these with relevant teams for investigation.
3. Ensure swift resolution of IT queries or problems for users.
4. Provide proactive, customer-focused, face-to-face onsite support.

Your Background:

• Experience with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Windows hardware, and meeting room technology is beneficial.
• Experience in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing laptops is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is desirable, providing reactive and proactive maintenance support.
