CK Group are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 3 months.

Customer Service Analyst Role:

1. Log and track end users’ incidents, working within SLA’s.
2. Identify recurring issues and challenges faced by end users, and escalate these to relevant teams for further investigation.
3. Ensure users receive prompt resolutions to their IT queries or problems.
4. Provide proactive, customer-focused, face-to-face onsite support.
5. Experience with iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad & Mac, Windows hardware, and meeting room technology is beneficial.
6. Experience in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users’ laptops is advantageous.
7. Previous experience working in a face-to-face customer service environment, offering both reactive and proactive maintenance support, is desirable.
