IT Support Analystto join their team.
What You’ll Do:- Be the go-to for up to 400 staff, providing exceptional end-user support alongside their team.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, ensuring seamless service delivery within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate on exciting technical projects, maintain infrastructure, and support their Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and more).
- Champion cybersecurity, contribute to ISO 27001 compliance, and support business continuity efforts.
- Coach and guide juniors to success while driving innovation in IT processes.
- Be comfortable working on Service Desk and dealing with tickets and process to a timely manner.
Who You Are:- You bring 4+ years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
- You’re a proactive, organised communicator who loves working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is a big plus.
- SQL, Endpoint and ServiceNow experience is a bonus.
- Network and infrastructure exposure is also a bonus.
