Page Personnel is recruiting an IT Support Analyst for an Ashford-based role. You will provide 1st-3rd line end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online.

You’ll support Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management, handle user onboarding/offboarding, maintain devices, and create clear technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in an IT Support Analyst, Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
• Exposure to Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.

Responsabilidades
