Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Leominster is seeking an IT & Systems Support Technician to join our team. The role blends hands-on IT support with ERP, SQL, Access, automation and process improvement to keep production systems running smoothly.

You will set up and maintain computers and equipment, troubleshoot issues, support ERP/MRP and SQL databases, and develop automation to boost efficiency while partnering with production teams and external software providers.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Access, ERP/MRP systems or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Must enjoy learning, solving problems and making a difference.
• Ability to train staff and support colleagues.

Leominster Salary: £26.5k+ | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm Are you an IT enthusiast who loves solving problems, improving systems and making technology work smarter?

We're looking for an IT & Systems Support Technician to join our team in Leominster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role where no two days are the same, combining hands-on IT support with ERP, SQL, Access, automation and process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing hands-on IT support across the business.
• Setting up and maintaining computers, equipment and production systems.

What We're Looking For
