Job summary

The Best Connection in Leominster is seeking an IT & Systems Support Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on IT support with ERP, SQL, Access, automation and process improvement.

You will set up and maintain computers and production systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, support dashboards and data management, and help staff get the most from our systems through training.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Access and ERP/MRP systems would be a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across the business.
• Set up and maintain computers, equipment and production systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Support ERP/MRP, Microsoft Access and SQL databases.
• Improve workflows, systems and production processes.
