Proactive.IT Appointments Limited in Leicester is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their client on a permanent basis. The role is primarily on-site in Leicester, with the possibility of 1 day per week working from home, focusing on on-site delivery.

You will bring a strong End-User support background, solid infrastructure experience in Microsoft environments, and ERP support expertise to ensure reliable ERP and infrastructure performance while delivering excellent customer

IT Support Technician – ERP & Infrastructure

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is primarily on-site in Leicester. It is possible there will be 1 day each week for WFH, but the role has a focus on being on-site.

You will have a good background in both Infrastructure support within a Microsoft environment (Network, Servers, Active Directory etc) as well as ERP experience. You will hold a strong customer service orientation and End User support background.
