Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR invites applications for a Technical Business Support Analyst with a Global Investment bank client. You will deliver and support IT solutions across multiple business areas, ensuring operational excellence and security compliance.

The role covers Level 1–2 support for packaged and SaaS solutions, coordinating upgrades, addressing security vulnerabilities with IS, and developing scripts for data transfers and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills across Windows Server, SQL databases, Unix, scripting.
• Experience with packaged and bespoke IT solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and security practices.
• Experience with financial products or systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for packaged applications and SaaS solutions.
• Coordinate issue remediation and application upgrades to maintain current supported levels.
• Engage with Information Systems Security to address vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data transfers and interfaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and manage service quality.
• Provide technical support for applications and incidents.
• Participate in IT projects to ensure on-time, standards-compliant delivery.
