Job summary

A leading energy trading company based in London is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for IT applications. You will resolve production issues while ensuring the highest service levels. A relevant degree and understanding of ETRM systems are essential. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Understanding of ETRM systems (preferably Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony, and/or Planlogic EoS).
• Understanding of core trading processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for IT managed applications.
• Log and manage incidents through to resolution.
• Escalate and track issues to 3rd line support.
• Ensure releases and changes are adequately managed.
• Develop production support infrastructure and processes.
