Qualifications

• Substantial experience in technical IT position with proven IT support experience.
• Knowledge and experience of ITIL practice.
• Gorilla package experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance and improvements of business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and own resolution with stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Test new features, maintain documentation, support audits and training.
