North Walsham High School is offering an IT Solutions Apprenticeship to gain hands-on experience in IT support, network management, and AV services. Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4–9 desirable
• Interest in IT support and AV services
• Willing to work across two sites

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable internet and network connectivity across the Trust
• Respond to IT helpdesk requests, troubleshoot on-site and remotely
• Install and configure hardware/software on workstations
• Set up user accounts in Microsoft 365 and MIS
• Maintain IT knowledge base for future problems
• Set up and manage AV equipment for events
• Film, edit, and produce video content for internal use
• Liaise with suppliers for AV equipment hire/purchase
