Job summary

Lockheed Martin Havant is offering an IT Software Solutions Technician Apprentice role within the UK Applications Development team. You will learn the tools, techniques and approaches used by the team, applying them to ensure projects deliver quality on time and budget.

You will assist with developing, implementing and supporting software systems, gaining exposure to productivity software and integrating databases and customer systems for automation.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Basic knowledge of software tools and systems.

Responsibilities

IT Software Solutions Technician Apprentice - Job Overview

We have an amazing opportunity to join the UK Applications Development team at Lockheed Martin as an IT Software Solutions apprentice. Working within the team, you will learn the tools, techniques and approaches used by the team and apply them in a controlled environment to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality and to budget.

Key to the role, you will work supporting Enterprise productivity software tools, interconnecting with critical production software, databases and customer systems.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice IT Software Solutions Technician. As an apprentice, you will assist with the development, implementation, and support of software systems as well as learn and grow alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain exposure to different systems, for example: productivity software tools like JIRA, Confluence, as well as integrating various software, databases, and customer systems for automation.
