Job summary

Une opportunité excitante se présente pour un coach en apprentissage IT au Royaume-Uni. Vous serez responsable du coaching individuel des apprentis, en les soutenant à travers leur parcours d'apprentissage en TIC. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une qualification d'enseignement de niveau 3 ou plus et une expérience significative dans un rôle d'évaluateur ou de coach ICT.

Qualifications

• Avoir au moins 12 mois d'expérience en tant que coach ou évaluateur en TIC.
• Avoir des qualifications de fournisseur IT serait appréciable.
• Expérience pertinente dans l'infrastructure technique est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaching et développement des apprentis en TIC.
• Suivi de la progression des apprenants.
• Adaptation aux différentes méthodes et identification des besoins d'apprentissage.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
