A leading training provider seeks an IT Skills Coach/Assessor to guide apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships. This remote position requires experience in coaching, with a focus on one-to-one sessions and adapting to individual learning needs. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and a passion for supporting learner development.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in an Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role.
• Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

IT SKILLS COACH/ASSESSOR - £38-45,000 - REMOTE WORKING

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
