Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach, your primary goal will be coaching and developing apprentices throughout their apprenticeship, tracking their progress along the way. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. It will mainly involve one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
