Job summary

Un fournisseur de formation en pleine croissance recherche un coach de compétences IT pour accompagner des apprentis à travers leurs parcours d'apprentissage. Le rôle nécessite une expérience en coaching et une qualification d'enseignement ou d'évaluation de niveau 3. Vous travaillerez principalement en télétravail, avec des interactions individuelles pour soutenir les apprentis dans leur progression.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 12 mois en tant qu'assesseur ou coach d'apprentis IT.
• Qualifications en matière de vendeurs IT souhaitables.
• Capacité à adapter les méthodes d'enseignement aux besoins individuels.

Responsibilities

• Coaching et développement d'apprentis à travers leur parcours d'apprentissage.
• Suivi de la progression individuelle des apprenants et identification des meilleures pratiques.
• Coaching principalement en tête-à-tête avec les apprentis.

Job description

IT SKILLS COACH/ASSESSOR - £38-45,000 - REMOTE WORKING

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
