Job summary

A training provider is seeking an experienced IT Apprenticeship Coach to support apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships. This role involves one-on-one coaching, tracking progress, and adapting to individual learning styles, within a growing organization. Ideal candidates will have relevant teaching or assessing qualifications and significant industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months of experience as an Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor.
  • Desirable to have IT Vendor and Assessing qualifications.
  • Ability to adapt to different working styles and identify individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing apprentices throughout their apprenticeship.
  • Tracking apprentices' progress and adjusting coaching methods accordingly.
  • Establishing individual learning needs.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach, your main goal will be coaching and developing apprentices throughout their apprenticeship, tracking their progress. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. It will mainly involve one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
