Job summary

Redline UK, a growing technology services business in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Business Development Manager - IT Services to win new business and deepen client relationships across IT services, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

The role is hybrid (Tues/Thurs in the Bucks office) with regular client visits, typically in London and the South. They offer a competitive base salary with double OTE, plus a £7,500 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B IT services sales and cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow client relationships.
• Experience selling technical or solutions-based offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across IT services, infrastructure, and cybersecurity offerings.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their technical and commercial needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to shape and position solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close.
