Job summary

SSE plc IT division seeks an Analyst to design, deliver a Service Management framework and turn performance data into practical insight for decision-making and digital experience improvements.

You will identify information sources, analyse trends, prepare reporting inputs, coordinate contributions, track actions and support communities of practice across the organisation. This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible locations and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Understanding of service management principles and value delivery across teams.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative information to interpret performance and drive improvements.
• Ability to work independently within a team and prioritise workload in an agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams across the business.
• Strong written, verbal and facilitation skills to explain insights and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Performance Information Identification: identify reporting needs and roadmap for integrated service performance reporting.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: deliver trend-based analysis with clear reports for different audiences.
• Actionable Insight: interpret outputs, identify issues and shape improvement actions.
• Performance Tracking & Monitoring: track trends, present progress and evidence in governance forums.
• Wider Service Strategy & Performance Activity: support governance, inputs, and engagement content across practice communities.
