SSE PLC is seeking an Analyst to join a team delivering a Service Management framework and practical insights across the value chain. You will turn performance data into actionable insights to support decisions, improvements and digital experiences.
You will identify information sources, analyse trends, coordinate inputs and track actions, enabling cross-team understanding within communities of practice and governance forums. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading, Havant, Glasgow or Perth
Salary: £50,964 - £60,899 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

This role forms part of a team that designs, develops and delivers a Service Management framework, with a focus on enhancing the end-to-end service value chain.
As an Analyst, you will help turn service performance information from key points across the value chain into clear, practical insight that supports decision-making, continual improvement, and an improved digital experience.
You will help identify information sources, analyse trends, prepare reporting inputs, co-ordinate contributions, track actions, and support shared understanding across teams and communities of practice.
