Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an IT Service Performance Analyst in Glasgow to strengthen our global IT operations. You will evaluate processes, identify productivity gains, drive automation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across IT service delivery.

The role requires experience in service delivery/support with focus on IT asset, configuration, and service level management, plus knowledge of ITSM practices and ITIL principles.

Qualifications

• Experienced in an existing Service Delivery or Service Support role, with a clear focus on IT Asset, Service Configuration, and Service Level Management.
• Preferably, skilled in one or more ITSM practices, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, or Knowledge Management.
• Equipped with a good understanding of the ITIL framework (relevant qualifications are desirable).
• Possessing Project Management skills (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern ITIL processes, particularly in IT Asset and Configuration Management, overseeing policies, procedures, and asset lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and managing appropriate tools and techniques for service configuration.
• Collaborate with IT Security to ensure all processes and tools meet best practice, security, compliance, and audit standards.
• Utilize Service Level Management (SLM) and data analysis to identify operational improvements and present key metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide essential support for core IT Service Management functions, including Change, Problem, Incident, and Major Incident Management.
• Support relevant Business As Usual (BAU) projects within the Service Delivery function.

You'll play a critical role in strengthening our global IT operations by evaluating processes, identifying opportunities for increased productivity, driving automation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll do as IT Service Performance Analyst:

You are:

• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and think beyond your day-to-day remit.
